Fee for obtaining a document specifically sourced and/or composed and/or compiled and/or generated and/or prepared for the applicant, which is not a document that exists in the Body Corporate records, and/or does not have a fee regulated or specified by legislation = if supply is available, current CMG hourly rate by quote on request to CMG

Fees stated on this page do not include GST - GST is not requested so do NOT add any amount for GST to your payment

Form 33: The Body Corporate has obtained legal advice about its ability to provide the requested BCCM Form 33 under the legislation that has applied since 1 August 2025 and unfortunately it is not able to do so. We are able to provide substantially the same information sought in the Body Corporate Certificate pursuant to a request from you under section 205(8) of the BCCM Act. If you would like to obtain that information please confirm your request for information under section 205(8) of the BCCM Act and attend to payment of the prescribed fee of $84.10.

CMG Refunds Policy:

If the relevant payment was made due to an error on our part, the refund will be made promptly on request at our expense.

If the relevant payment was not made due to an error on our part, and a refund is requested for any reason, we charge a $100 processing fee to process the refund.

A request for a refund or to use a credit must be made within 30 days of the deposit otherwise it will be deemed to be forfeited.
